Making music

At present there are around 15 of us who take part in the musical aspects of worship in Newhaven. We sing a variety of worship songs that include traditional hymns, modern praise songs and even songs that people in Newhaven have written! We work on a rota basis, and on a typical Sunday you will hear an assortment of instruments and singers, often including piano, guitar, bass guitar, saxophone, flute, violin and male and female voices. Some of us also work the sound desk and overhead presentations that are used during the services.

We practice every Wednesday evening in the church hall. If you would like more information please contact us at
